Who we are

About PCB Reborn

Established in 2008, PCB Reborn focuses on PCB soldering, PCB repair, PCB rework, and component replacement. We work with circuit boards used in industrial control, medical equipment, communications equipment, and consumer electronics.

Where schematics are not available, we assess and analyse boards such as inspection instrument mainboards, PLC control boards, inverters, servo drives, power modules, and medical instrument boards to discuss feasible repair options.

Who we are

Who We Are

PCB Reborn is a PCB repair workshop founded in 2008. We work with businesses that need to assess, repair, rework, or replace components on circuit boards.

Our work combines visual inspection, measurement, and hands-on repair evaluation. When documentation is incomplete, we assess the available board information and explain practical next steps before work is agreed.

01

BGA Rework & Soldering

We inspect, rework, or replace solder joints including BGA connections, then assess thermal-risk issues such as heat damage, lifted pads, or repeated failures.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Visual inspection
  • Rework or replacement of solder joints
  • Assessment of thermal-risk issues
Component replacement using tweezers on a printed circuit board
02

Component Replacement

We identify and confirm faulty components, source suitable replacements where possible, and inspect pads and surrounding circuits for further issues.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Identify and confirm faulty components
  • Source suitable replacements where possible
  • Inspect pads and surrounding circuits
Circuit board fault diagnosis with a probe and oscilloscope

Testing & Fault Diagnosis

We use visual and electrical inspection to trace faults to circuit level where possible, test under relevant operating conditions where possible, and provide findings and recommendations.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Visual and electrical inspection
  • Trace faults to circuit level where possible
  • Test under real operating conditions where possible
  • Provide findings and recommendations

Contact, track & surface repair

Each Board Is Assessed Individually

In addition to component-level repair, we may assess board contacts, pads, traces, and surface damage. The practical scope depends on the board condition, the available information, and what can be checked.
