Key Details About Our Repair Process
Physical diagnosis and defined rework
For standard fault-diagnosis jobs, physical diagnosis is USD 150 per board, paid before diagnosis starts and fully credited toward the approved repair. Complex, high-power, and multi-board projects are quoted separately. Defined rework is quoted for the requested operation; unnecessary fault diagnosis is not automatically added.
We inspect, measure, and explain any functions that cannot be checked under the available conditions.
Typical timing
Typical repair takes 7–10 business days after receipt. Timing may vary with complexity, parts availability, and testing requirements. We confirm the estimated timeline with your quote.
If repair does not proceed
Completed diagnosis remains chargeable if a board cannot be repaired or you decline the proposal. Unperformed repair is not charged; disposal or referral requires your written consent.
