Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

1. Who Handles Your Information

PCB Reborn is operated by Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd (深圳市维动智芯科技有限公司), based in Shenzhen, China. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and when you contact us about circuit-board assessment, repair and rework.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@pcbreborn.com. Our office is at Room 602, Building 7A, Phase 2, Dongjiu Innovation Technology Park, No. 73 Xialinan Road, Nanwan Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Please contact us before shipping a board.

2. Information You Provide

Our assessment form collects your contact name, email address, board type, requested service and fault details. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, and supporting files such as board photographs, schematics, parts lists, videos or test results. The form records your acknowledgement of the linked privacy policy and service terms.

If you contact us by email or another channel, the information you send forms part of that correspondence. Board labels, photographs and documents may contain names, contact details or other identifying information.

Please provide only material needed to review your request. Remove unrelated personal details and unnecessary image-location metadata where practical. Do not send patient records, account passwords, payment-card details or unrelated confidential files. If work on a board requires access to stored information, discuss this with us before sending it.

3. How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to review your board and requested work, ask technical questions, prepare quotations and communicate with you. Information relating to an agreed repair supports the work, return arrangements and warranty enquiries.

Technical information supports submission handling, duplicate-submission prevention, troubleshooting and protection against abusive submissions. Source information helps us understand how an inquiry reached the website. Acknowledging this policy is not a separate subscription to marketing emails.

4. Website and Browser Information

The inquiry system uses browser session storage for source information and request-related identifiers. Source information can include campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers present in a URL, the landing page and the referring page. The form prepares source information as hidden fields alongside the details you enter.

Session storage is generally limited to a browser tab session. Information included in an inquiry can remain in our records after that session ends. Our notification emails are configured to include the submission time, referring URL and IP address. These details may be associated with your inquiry and are not necessarily anonymous.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect submission handling or other website functions. External services embedded in the website may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

5. Maps and External Resources

The Contact page includes an embedded Google map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process connection, device and usage information under its Privacy Policy. This connection is separate from submitting an inquiry.

Some pages load interface resources from external providers. Your browser connects to those providers to retrieve the resources, which may disclose connection information such as your IP address.

6. Storage and Service Providers

We use third-party website hosting and email services to handle inquiries. Information processed through these services may be stored and processed outside China. Our website server is in Arizona, United States, and its hosting backups are in Boston, United States. These website locations do not specify where email-service copies are stored.

Form submissions are stored in the website system, and inquiry notifications are sent to company email addresses. Supporting files are handled by the website upload system. We also save inquiry attachments on company computers as reference material for preparing quotations. We do not otherwise forward these attachments to external repair providers or other businesses for quotation preparation. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering their services.

Website records, company-computer files and email correspondence are separate copies. Deleting a website entry does not automatically delete every email, downloaded file or backup copy.

7. Retention and Deletion

For inquiries that do not result in an order, we have adopted a retention period of six months after our last substantive communication with you about that inquiry. The rule covers website inquiry records, supporting files on company computers and related company email copies. Automated acknowledgements and internal forwarding do not restart that period.

Automatic deletion is not currently enabled in the website inquiry system. The six-month period is our retention rule, not a claim that all copies expire automatically. You can contact us at info@pcbreborn.com to request deletion or ask about information associated with your inquiry.

Records needed for an agreed repair, warranty matter, unresolved dispute or applicable legal requirement are handled separately. Their retention depends on the ongoing service or warranty need, resolution of the matter and any applicable legal record-keeping period, rather than the unconverted-inquiry rule.

Removing active records does not necessarily remove disaster-recovery copies immediately. Such copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. Our retention rule requires that copies awaiting expiry are not reused for ordinary business purposes and that required deletions are reapplied before restored records return to ordinary use.

8. Your Privacy Requests

Email info@pcbreborn.com to ask about the personal information associated with your inquiry. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy, correct information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.

Provide enough information to identify your request, such as the email address used or a repair reference. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why proportionate verification is necessary. Some information may need to be retained for an applicable legal requirement or unresolved matter; we will explain any relevant limitation when responding.

9. Protecting Your Information

The website uses HTTPS. Please contact us before sharing particularly sensitive or confidential material so we can discuss suitable handling. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will identify updates by changing the date shown on this page. If a new use requires additional notice or permission, those steps must be completed before that use begins.
